Prices
All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KSh). We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before an order is confirmed. Delivery charges are calculated or communicated separately depending on the customer’s location.
Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm product availability, delivery details and the final amount payable. An order is accepted after confirmation by DM Beauty World.
Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated when confirming the order. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Some orders may require full or partial payment before dispatch, and the customer will be informed before confirming the order.
Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi and other parts of Kenya where arrangements are available. Delivery times and charges depend on the customer’s location, order-confirmation time and courier availability. Customers must provide an accurate name, telephone number and delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation, and any delivery or return charges incurred may be payable by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, hair, cosmetic, nail, lash and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they were supplied damaged, defective or incorrect.
Product Use and Allergies
Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions and checking product ingredients before use. Where appropriate, customers should perform a patch test before using hair colour, skincare, cosmetic or chemical products. Stop using any product that causes irritation and seek professional medical advice where necessary.
